Tariff

• Room Tarif is fluctuated according to festive season, public holidays and weekend.
• Tariff is exclusive of prevailing government tax and other taxes.
• Room Tarif is exclusive of prevailing government tax and other taxes.
• Tourism Tax – RM10 per room night is applied to all foreign guests. Guest with valid MyKad or MyPR are exempted.

Check In

• Standard Check in Time: 3.00 PM (Early check in is subject to room availability and chargeable)
• Mandatory to present and register with ID or Passport upon check in.
• Prepayment or Credit card authorisation prior to check in.
• Room Tarif is exclusive of prevailing government tax and other taxes.
• Maximum of two (2) occupant for one room on a standard tariff. For additional 1 person with extra bed is chargeable and subject to room availability.

Check Out

• Check out Time : 12.00 PM (Extension of late check out is subject to room availability and chargeable)
• Luggage storage is available for same day collection. Storage charge is applicable for multiple day of storage and store at guest’s sole risk. The property bears no responsibility for any lost or damaged items.

Child / Minor

• Child / Minor at 18 years old or below must be only check in with parent or obtain the consent of parents or guardian.

Accommodation

• Vice activity or drug is prohibited.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking or Vaping is not allowed.
• Durian is not allowed.
• Party or event is not allowed.

Car Park

• RM15 per entry for Hotel Guest. Hourly rate for visitors. Park at guest’s sole risk.
